The Broda Comfort Tension Seating™ "Suspension System" is the key to providing your patients with a comfortable functional wheelchair. Each strap conforms individually to the patients' body, thus suspending the weight
of the patient across multiple points. This strapping system eliminates any risk of your patients
experiencing discomfort from bottoming out and eliminates pressure points supporting positive skin management.
Optimum patient comfort is achieved with our tilt in space design, allowing
for infinite positioning in a constant amount of space.
Our Comfort Tension Seating™ reduces overall
pressure and minimizes heat & moisture build up that often leads to skin break down.
The 587 is an ideal wheelchair for patients who are self mobile, but may lack strength or stability. The front pivot seat tilt allows for a proper foot on floor position for propelling while tilted. Mag wheels and swing away footrests allow for patients to propel using their arms. The 587 is a comfortable, safe and stable option for indoor wheelchair use.
