The 785 XB offers:

1. 4.5" forward base extension
2. 3" rearward base extension
3. 1.5" caster flare on front and rear base (3" total)
4. 1.5" caster flare on front and rear base (3" total)
5. Reinforced seat and back to withstand extra force
6. Side rail gusset
7. No caster interference

The stability that the 785 XB offers is well suited for tall residents with a strong physique that experience high levels of agitation. It also offers stability for extremely aggressive residents; such as Huntington's, psychiatric, brain injury, or drug rehab residents.
