About the Additional Positioning Padding (APP) Package

The Additional Positioning Padding (APP) package is a modular cushion system that attaches quickly and securely to Broda wheelchairs. Broda uses high-specification foam and covers the cushions in a four-way stretch, breathable, waterproof fabric. The APP package works exclusively with Broda wheelchairs and optimizes individual immersion, alignment, and pressure redistribution by working in harmony with our Comfort Tension Seating®. The APP package is available for ALL Broda Positioning and Pedal wheelchairs. You can purchase the Additional Positioning Padding (APP) package as part of your Broda wheelchair order, but you can also purchase the components separately.

• Contoured seat cushion with a stable base and removable cover
• Contoured back support lower cushion with mild lumbar and lateral torso support
• Head support (includes pillow) and upper back support with elevated edges to support the head
• Upper lateral shoulder supports and independently adjustable pillow with soft foam
• Calf support with elevated edges to aid in the centering of lower extremities
• Foot support with non-skid surface and elevated edges to aid in foot support
